To our valued Patients,
I regretfully write this letter to inform you that we will be closing MyClinic Hoppers Crossing permanently from the 17th December 2021.
MyClinic Hoppers Crossing opened back in 2016. Practice Manager & Nurse Kate and Principal Doctors Anthony Wu, Brain Paskowski and Maeve O’Donnell got the clinic up and running.
From 2017 onwards we had Practice Manger & Nurse Jodi, Doctor Duke Gordon and Doctor Rini Chakrabarti who we regularly keep in contact with.
Late 2018, Dr Jaismine Kaur joined the team with Doctor Duke, but shortly after Dr Duke left us, leaving Dr Jaismine as the only doctor to work at the clinic.
Our current Practice Manager, Sarah, joined the team as receptionist in March of 2018.
Our current Practice Nurse, Chrisleine, joined us December of 2019.
Fast forward to 2021, Doctor Jaismine has left the clinic to go back to her hometown in Sydney leaving Doctor Charitha Udalamatta as the only GP at the Clinic. Sadly, Dr Charitha will return back home to the UK mid-December to follow his wife as she finishes her to degree to be a general practitioner.
Over the years Myself, Chrisleine and all the practice staff and doctors have had the absolute pleasure of looking after you and your health. There hasn’t been a single day that personally I haven’t loved working here.
Moving forward your medical records will be transferred to MyClinic Tarneit, where Chrisleine & I will both be working making sure you get the care you need.
The staff & Doctors of MyClinic Hoppers Crossing would like to thank you for always trusting us with your health and the many years of support.
