The following services will be bulk billed: Pensioners, under 15s, chronic disease care plans, mental health care plans and  vaccine appointments (some vaccines may incur a charge).
 
Consult fees. Reception will process your Medicare rebate for you:

·         Standard consult – Fee Payable: $75.00 Medicare Rebate: $39.75 Out of pocket: $35.25
·         Long Consult – Fee Payable: $115.00 Medicare Rebate: $76.95 Out of pocket: $38.05
·         Extra Long Consult – Fee Payable: $150.00 Medicare Rebate: $113.30 Out of pocket: $36.70
 
·         Discounted Rate for HealthCare Card Holders:
Bulk Billing for Pensioner Concession Card holders, and children under 15 years of age
·         Standard consult – Fee Payable: $65.00 Medicare Rebate: $39.75 Out of pocket: $25.25
·         Long Consult – Fee Payable: $105.00 Medicare Rebate: $76.95 Out of pocket: $28.05

New healthcare & Pension cards must be visually validated at the clinic.
 
·         After Hours – Sat after 1pm
·         Standard consult – Fee Payable: $90.00 Medicare Rebate: $51.80 Out of pocket: $38.20
·         Long Consult – Fee Payable: $130.00 Medicare Rebate: $88.80 Out of pocket: $41.20
 
Dr Tofighi and Dr Mallik require a minimum of 1 hour notice of cancellation of a scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75.00. The cancellation fee is not Medicare rebate-able.

Please be advised that there will be an additional fee of $15 for any outstanding balances not paid on the day of service. This is to cover the administrative costs associated with following up on unpaid accounts.
